Fotralife allows returns of eligible physical products purchased from our shop in accordance with the conditions below. This policy is provided for your reference and for verification by partners such as Google Merchant Center.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 (seven) days of delivery for most physical products. The item must be unused, in original packaging where applicable, and in resalable condition.

Eligibility

• Item must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact where applicable.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g. perishables, personalized items). Such exceptions will be stated on the product page.

How to Return

2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and address if applicable.
3. Ship the item in secure packaging. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Events and Digital Services

Event registrations and digital services are subject to the cancellation and refund terms specified at the time of purchase and in our Terms of Service. They are not covered by this product return policy.
